The SSAA National E-newsletter and E-alert are subscription-based email-receiving services FREE of charge for SSAA members. The service allows subscribing members to receive E-newsletters and/or E-alerts regarding current events, stories, reviews and online polls about firearm, sport shooting and recreational hunting issues and other important SSAA news.

The E-newsletter is exactly what it sounds like - an electronic newsletter. Released around the middle of each month, the E-newsletter is a standalone publication and provides subscribing members with information in addition to and outside of their regular monthly Australian Shooter magazine.

The E-alert is a service that alerts members to more single-issue and time-sensitive news, such as online polls. A practical and political tool, it provides a means for SSAA National to have an instant and direct point of contact with members. It also enables members to personally react to the issues that interest them and counter the misleading and false information purported by those who oppose our legitimate recreational pursuits.
