Notice to Members: A Special General Meeting to change the constitution will be held on Tuesday 20th September 2011 at 7:30PM. Details of the constituon changes have been sent by post this week. If you have not received it please contact the secretary

Following the Special General Meeting, the Para AGM will be held at 7:45pm to present annual reports, elect the council officer bearers, set the annual range & membership fees and discuss general business. General business is to be posted to the secretary 21 days prior to the meeting. Nominations are to be posted to the secretary 14 days prior to the meeting.

The AGM agenda and nomination form has been posted to all members. If you have not received it please contact the club secretary.
